I've long admired this Frost poem for the physical sense it bestows devotion, in four scant lines. The image of the shore "Holding the curve of one position" -- making the effort to remain in one pose against the ocean -- and "Counting an endless repetition" of patience, much like the beating of the heart of the first line.
