I had come across this poem in a work "You Can, if You Think You Can" by Norman Vincent Peal... although it was only an excerpt from 'It's the plugging away...' line onwards.

Very inspirational and suitable to my life, I have always been in awe of this poem's excerpt and used to always give a printout of this to my friends... Am delighted to get the full version now from this site, which is a very lovely portal indeed. Thank you so very much.
