If this is Frost's early version of "Design", it seems a shame that he omits the word prunella for blue material in the final version because Heal-all's name of Brunella is a bastardization of this word -- Heal-all was used to cure Quinsy (tonillitis). Appropriate, since this poem gives me a sore throat.
