Only a few points:
the lily of the valley is a white flower (with small green leaves) that never dies.
The idea of the down is immediately conveyed by the adjectives 'cool' and 'wet' because flowes are usually wet in the morning.
The leaves cannot be 'pale'. This is an adjective which is referred to the girl.
