I love this poem, especially part 5. Being the father of a young girl, I have always been moved by Kinnell's beautiful, stirring use of images in teaching life lessons to his infant daughter who woke from a nightmare.

I totally love this poem. I've read it a billion times and can't get enough of it. The images and language used here is peerless, and everything is just so beautiful and unique.
