this is my favorite cummings..well my favorite that they have here..its one of those that just speak for themselves, and i feel toungue tied and numb trying to explain it anymore clearly than he just has..its about death being a sleep, and a natural universal process, as such it is beautiful even as it destroys.

This was my first EEC poem and my favorite. Death in its most beautiful form: poetry. I like how he makes you say "I like rosebuds and pennies..." like you are speaking death. The poem is a little depressing but not morbid, like how death should be.
