i know it isn't exactly relevant, but my first girlfriend read me this poem and it always strikes me as elegant. and haunting...

This poem provokes great feelings of hope! It mentions negativity and the ugly in the world, but at the same time answers right back with ideas of wonder and positivity. It just made me happy, I thought this should be said.
