this poem reminds me of a shakespearian speech - the one from macbeth where he talks about life being like a play - the actor who plays their part. look at the similarities

never give all your love to someone for you ll end up with nothin..always reserve something for yourself..guard your heart at all cost for it is the well-spring of your life! never give it so easily to someone you dont know and to someone who doesnt want to share her/his life to you.
