is anyone else sick of hearing bob dylan and dylan thomas being compared to each other....with thomas there is no comparison

The reason for their comparison is because it is known that Thomas was a big influence on old Bobby. Now, I'm not certain whether the influence was artistic or characteristic. I am sure, if Bob Dylan was affected artisticly by thomas, there are some elements in his songs and poetry that can be taken for affinities with Thomas’s. In songs such as "Jokerman" and "Changing of the Guards", you can definitely see the obscurity.
